Do you have what it takes to outrun the undead? Step into the ultimate immersive zombie-infested race experience where every turn hides a threat, every shadow creeps with danger, and every step could be your last. The Freaky 5K isn’t just a run—it’s a fully immersive zombie apocalypse adventure built to test your speed, your nerve, and your will to survive.

As you race through our course, you’ll encounter zombies ready to hunt you down,
action obstacles designed to challenge your agility and keep you deep in the story,
eerie fog lighting and soundscapes that make you forget this is “just a run”, and more!

Please pick up your packet, bib number and race swag at the packet pickup. You must have a photo ID to pick up your packet. You may pick up someone else’s packet if you have a copy of their photo ID.

Packet pickup will be available from 3-5pm on race day. A $25 day of packet pickup fee will apply.

IMPORTANT FAQS

-FOR SAFETY REASONS, ZOMBIES ARE NOT ALLOWED TO TOUCH RUNNERS EXCEPT IN MARKED SLOW ZONES. WE ASK THAT YOU DO NOT TOUCH THE ZOMBIES EXCEPT IN THESE ZONES EITHER. IF YOU ARE FOUND DOING SO YOU WILL BE REMOVED IMMEDIATELY WITH NO REFUND AND NO MEDAL.

-ZOMBIES ARE NOT ALLOWED TO INTENTIONALLY JUMP DIRECTLY INTO A RUNNERS PATH.

-ALL BLOOD IS WASHABLE AND NON-TOXIC WITH STAINING RISK FROM LOW TO MEDIUM. WEAR CLOTHES YOU DON'T MIND GETTING STAINED IF IT HAPPENS. WE SUGGEST OUR PROVIDED RACING SHIRT.

-COSTUMES ARE ENCOURAGED BUT NOT REQUIRED.

-AS THIS IS AN EVENING RUN, HEADLAMPS ARE ALLOWED. PLEASE BE ADVISED, TO KEEP WITH THE IMMERSION, NOT ALL OF THE TRAIL IS LIT.

-PHONES MAY GET WET OR MESSY. PUT PHONES IN WATERPROOF POUCH IF BRINGING ON THE COURSE. WE WILL HAVE ON COURSE PHOTOS. MAKE SURE TO SMILE...OR SCREAM.

-INFECTED OBSTACLES MIGHT BE SLIPPERY DUE TO ZOMBIE BLOOD, USE CAUTION.

-AS THIS IS AN OUTDOOR RUN, RUNNERS MAY ENCOUNTER UNEVEN TERRAIN, WET/SLIPPERY SURFACES, AND LOW LIGHT AREAS. THIS EVENT WILL HAPPEN RAIN OR SHINE.

-SOUNDS, LIGHTING, SCREAMING ACTORS, AND MILD JUMP SCARES WILL OCCUR THROUGHOUT THE COURSE.

-ANY SURVIVORS WILL BE GIVEN A DECONTAMINATION PACK WHICH WILL INCLUDE A SEAT COVER, WET WIPES, CONTAMINATED ITEMS BAG, AND EMERGENCY BLANKET.
